None payment from lloyds

Hello everyone just wanted to know if anyone else is in the same situation as me, put a claim in with lloyds got an offer back in september which i accepted and i have still not recieved payment even though they sent me a recalulated letter back in the begining of december

You need to chase this up in no uncertain terms :mad: Lloyds are by far the worst at delaying payments.
Look at the following page and have a read of Gringo2000 advice, it might get you your redress, that they have admitted they owe you
