MBNA Claim Help, Please.

Hello all, I need a little more guidance if possible! I sent a letter along with FOS questionnaire to MBNA via recorded post 14 days ago, I haven't heard anything back

I need to send a second letter but I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so, what did you do or write in a second letter?

I would try phoning them and asking if they have received the original, if not you might be able to get the ball rolling over the phone. Beats sending another letter and waiting another two weeks. MBNA replied to me quite quickly with an acknowledgement letter and followed up with a payment soon after They are normally quite good.

I phoned MBNA on this number 0800 062062, speak to them they were great with my claim.
Registered my claim on the phone had the money within three weeks!

are these for credit cards or loans?
To my dismay, my fella has appointed a solicitors to claim his back. They said MBNA were quick to sort out CC but are dragging their heels with loans.

My claim is for a credit card.

I will ring them later on then and hopefully get somewhere!

I've got a letter today saying my complaint has been taken on board and I will have a response within 28 days. Lets hope it's a good one!
