Renaissance easy claim

Hello,

Really need abit of advice here.

I had a loan through HSBC and tried to reclaim the miss sold PPI
I wasn't really sure what to do so went with renaissance as they were no
Win no few. I did this well over a year ago before it became
Easier to reclaim, at first it got rejected and went to the
Ombudsman. As soon as it became easier to appeal my case was won.
Im still paying the loan off and the amount won doesn't actually cover the amount outstanding.. So I still have some to pay off.
Anyway easy claim want their money for the won case,
Do I have to pay this? As a) I don't have money to pay them hence
Why I'm still struggling to pay the loan.b) the amount won doesn't wipe the debt and c) they only won the case because of the law changes.. Or so it seems.
Any help much appreciated
Thank you :-)

If you signed a contract with this company then you have to pay.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, ask the company if you can make an arrangement to pay this to them.

Did you pay an upfront fee?.

Winning redress does not mean in all cases that the debt is cleared, you get the whole ppi taken off the loan, the monthly payment reduces by the ppi monthly amount and you get ppi paid back to you.

In some cases this clears the debt, but in your case it did not.

Regarding the "law change"?,your redress was won because the FOS accepted you were mis sold, this would have happened regardless..
