Suggestions on computer animation needed.

This may sound like an unusual request.
I want to make a computer animation for my agents to help them sell. My idea goes as such.
There is a theme, e.g. a horse race. Each time time a salesman sells one item, it is logged and their horse moves forward on the graphic. When they reach a certain point, e.g. ten sales, they cross the winning line, and there is a fanfare scene.
It needs to be easy to programme, capable of personalising, but above all, fun. The one thing I have noticed in sales is the obsession with numbers. I am positive that if I can make something like this, it will take the salesmans mind off money, money, money, and focus it more on reaching acieveable targets.
Does anyone know of a programme that I could learn quite easily that would do what I need it to do?
