Bought a deal or no deal dvd for my aunt for Christmas. Well on Sunday she called to say it didnt work (how long ago was Christmas!) so called HMV online to explain - they arranged for a replacement to be shipped out immediately and it was received yesterday. We only returned the faulty one to them yesterday.
Excellent service as I thought I would have had problems as it was bought over eight weeks ago.

Because of this post I registered and ordered from HMV last night - today I've got emails telling me that my three items have been shipped, and to my work address which I requested. So far so very good.
