What is the simple way of claiming ppi? My loans details have been thrown away years ago. How can I claim the ppi back?

Why do you think you have a right to claim your money back?0

I'm sure the OP must think he has a right or he wouldn't be posting.
call the loan company and ask for your loan details to be sent to you, or send a SAR for the details and take your claim from there.0 -

Firms are seeing as many of half of complaints from people with no PPI at at all, let alone giving any valid reasons (many of those without PPI still manage to say they were told all these things about it despite not actually having it - how is that?)
There is misconception that you can just reclaim premiums with some people. The OP hasnt stated their reasons for complaint but asked what the simplest way is. Without knowing the complaint reasons, we cant say what the simplest way is.
There is no requirement to ask for loan details to be sent to you to make a complaint.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
