Just had a phone call from them and they have mixed up our meter readings, we have economy 7 and although we have been submitting them correctly they have put the day reading against the night and the night against the day, they are now going back to feb last year when we got the credit meter put in to recalcuate. I could really scream at them, this is in a long line of hassle from them since we got that meter put in. We changed in Feb last year from a pre payment to credit, when we got the first bill they had still charged us as a pre payment insetad of ending it and changing it to credit, tooks us the best part of 4 months to sort that out, told it was still ongoing that in future we would have to ring in our readings and then ring back to get the bill issued, when we rang in the meter read, told we did not have to ring to get the bill issued, it did come! and have been getting email reminders for the meter reads and bills coming, what is going on with them, not sure if we are going to end up with a big bill or if they are due us a refund for overcharging..:eek::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: the lady on the phone states they cannot give us a time scale to get this sorted.:mad: Have enough issues going on without this adding to it.

Once you've got it sorted, anmarj, and your bill is correct, up-to-date and paid, just change supplier. Vote with your feet.

can't, OH signed us up to a flex saver till feb 13, before this blew up. I think once this is over, big complaint and this time it is going further than it did the last time.
