No, legally it's not a scam, but it sails so close to the wind the morally and ethically........0

No it's not a scam however, a friend signed up and was bidding on this site and had spent over £700 on bids when they suspended his accoun for verification purpose. He could not then bid and lost - buying £700 of bids was pointless. Gladly he paid by PayPal so I've told him to open a dispute. I see that in their terms they have the right to verify accounts. However, they should have done this before he purchased all the bid credits and not after. I think PayPal should refund the money. My opinion is to avoid such sites like the Plague. It is just a loophole to gamble and avoids gambling tax.0
