PARCEL2Go and DHL - USELESS IDIOTS

Trying to send a package via Parcel2go, DHL should have come today. Parcel2go don't specify collection time, so I've been at home all day. The useless idiots didn't even turn up. To make matters worse, I report it to Parcel2go and their recorded message tells me they are very sorry, and they will e-mail me another collection date.
So after I've been inconvenienced for a whole day, Parcel2go will send me a day of their choice. No doubt which ever day it is, if they collect at all they will leave it until 4.59pm.
Anyone got a direct contact for Parcel2go or DHL, not a recorded message job????

I used parcel to go last week for the first time, although it was collecting from a business. So it didn't matter what time they turned up. However they didn't email me confirmation so I searched saynoto0870.com for a number & they came up trumps: 01204 488900 They re-sent the email & said that they could track the parcel on that number if there was any problems. Hope this helps Rawy0
