can i ask how you get the nectar points for searches?
If you go to the Nectar homepage and scroll down there's instructions on downloading their search toolbar. It's not a massive earner, 1 point per 2 searches; which I think is 0.5p, and there's a limit to 50 points (25p) per month.
MiB - I envy you, that's a much better size mortgage than ours! Best of luck :-)0 -

Thanks MRN - the train tickets I originally purchased with TCB weren't used as the meeting was cancelled last minute. So, I get to book them AGAIN with another 6% cashback and club card points. What a pity...:D

A quick update....as there's no OPing for a couple of weeks until I can do the pre-payday account sweep, and I'm twiddling my thumbs in anticipation of March payday, I've been looking at other money creation options.
I've signed up for a market research interview next week which will pay £30 and I've been through the loft and located loads of books and CDs which will net me about £50 from zapper.
Also, sold another book on ebay, bringing my total to £8.05.
I'm a step closer to selling my car. Its uber-clean, has lots of photos and is currently being "marketed" by my friend-the-mechanic in his garage.
Once sold I will de-register as a "car renter" on whipcar and register as "car rentee". Is that the right way around?
That means the same level of flexibility for a fraction of the price. (i.e. no tax, permits, MOT, service, etc etc)
Not so good news is that I'm about to be hit with a chiropractor bill. Just a small back injury from years of running on an old injury. Apparently its best to fix it now while I'm still young rather than wait (even) longer to deal with it and risk a more significant impact in later life. I've negotiated 1/3 off the price by block booking but the CC is going to see a bit of action. (just think of the club card points....)
Hope everyone is having a good day - and defrosted after yesterday's dip in temperature.

At least we've got eachother's diaries to keep us occupied (and out of the shops)
We need some mid-month incentives as OPing seems to only be entertaining us during the first and last week of the month....MFW2020 #5 £2,000/2,000 MFW2021 #5 £1,850/3,500MFW2022 #5 £3.001/3,000Sep'12 £233,750 Jan'15 £222,329 Dec’21 £139,584 MFiT T4 #24 £48k/£34k MFiT T5 #24 £22,186/£41k MFiT T6 #24 £4,700/£29k0 -

After all that mystery shopping I don't have the time or the will to do clothes shopping! Even though I have allowed myself one treat per month, I still can't get excited about a shopping trip like I used to! I have £30 in vouchers waiting to be spent but no motivation. It's sooo not like me.MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0

i so hate going clothes shopping, i think it's cause i am 5ft1 and really fat, it is so not fun for me

where are your vouchers for MRN?0 -
I would gladly volunteer my time to shop for you.
Carrying out shopping duties, particularly when it's not my money is my specialist subject... Xmas/birthday present shopping for parents, parents-in-law, on boyfriends behalf, work gifts, etc....the list is endless.:drool:MFW2020 #5 £2,000/2,000 MFW2021 #5 £1,850/3,500MFW2022 #5 £3.001/3,000Sep'12 £233,750 Jan'15 £222,329 Dec’21 £139,584 MFiT T4 #24 £48k/£34k MFiT T5 #24 £22,186/£41k MFiT T6 #24 £4,700/£29k0
