Nram

Hi wondering if someone can help.I have just had a letter from NRAM regards a loan I had with them some time ago.It states that as part of Fair Banking they were reviewing the policy regards PPI and stated because I had a policy during that period I could be owed a refund. They said that if I felt I was missold a policy I should contact them and it would be reviewed. They have sent a form to fill in with a set of questions...

I was not aware the policy was optional and did not have to include it to obtain the loan.
I was not aware the total cost of the policy was added to the loan and interest charged on it throughout the term.
I was not made aware I would not receive a proportionate refund if I cancelled.
I was not made aware of exclusions.
Any policies I had of making payments were not taken into account.
Sufficient details about my personal circumstances to allow the adviser to provide appropriate advice.
I was unduly pressured into the policy.
I was not aware I was being sold the policy.

What I need to know, basically,is the correct responses to the above. Is there anything I can say that would rule me out of a refund? To be completely honest i do not even remember taking the policy out(over the phone, internert etc)so don't want to incriminate myself by answering in a way that would contadict anything I have already signed for originally!

Do you mean this is a no no on their part and I should definately tick it or a no no on my part and should not tick it?
