Some advice needed please, I recently complained to GE Money regarding miss sold PPI, this morning I recieved a letter stating that as it was Loans.co.uk who sold the PPI that I should contact them, it then goes on to say that they have forwarded a copy of my complaint to Loans.co.uk. To be honest I dont know if I can trust them to forward it!! should I just fill in another questionnaire, or wait for Loans.co.uk to contact me.

This is covered by the FSA rule DISP 1.7.

This allows a firm to forward a complaint to another firm it believes is responsible for responding to that complaint. It is reasonable to suppose that the loans.co.uk received the letter the same day you did unless it arrived on a Saturday, in which case it will be deemed to have arrived on the Monday. Their 8 weeks to respond start from that day.

if you dont trust them then post another letter/questionnaire to loans.co.uk, not really rocket science!
