  • no one know?
  • so you want them to pay you back in full, but you pay them back a percentage of what you owe.... ummmm think your going to struggle there
  • no this is not the point .
I have always said I owe the debt and to be honest the ppi i have paid on a number of products contributed HUGELY to the debt total.Loans particulary as when I pai off loans the toatl debt repaid included the total term of ppi NOT the ppi to date
I have a clause to remortgage the house at the end of the 5 years for less that the ppi owed on all products
if i had all ppi paid paid i could clear the whole iva total
I dont want what I am not entitled too

Think M&S are wrong, people on here have claimed ppi back and won after an iva and bankruptcy, ask your iva people if they can claim this back for you.
It could be because you claimed this ppi back and M&S think you want the redress if you win mis sell.
Dont let the iva people use a company to do this as you will end up with a bill, either they do it or give permission for you to do it.
