Have tried 3 of these Groupon voucher deals now and think the concept is brilliant from a purchaser view point anyways - operative word there is concept though
- as in practice have found that the business`s we have used seem to think that since they have received a partial payment for the service ,then they they only give a partial service
-if the Groupon ads stated that the discount on the offer is 66% off the service and that the service you will receive would be 34% of what it should be if you paid full price , it would be more truthfull

As Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question !

If you get the deal at all! My daughter got caught up in the sofa debacle - still sitting on garden chairs. Refund from Groupon, but still down the £45 delivery charge paid direct to CFS.0

Not sure if you could or not. However, you may be able to claim the delivery back under the distance selling regulation because you can only see a picture of the product and not the product. Sorry if I am wrong.
