Intelligent Money of Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage

Some years ago I registered some ISAs with IntelligentMoney and have been pleased that they more than pay for their yearly charges with the commission money they pay back to me.:)
My husband has some of his ISAs registered under the Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage scheme.
I have a Stocks and Shares ISA which has done very badly for some time :( and which I want to transfer it to another better performing fund.
My husband argues that I would be better going with Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage as their charges to transfer the ISA would be competitive, however I think that IntelligentMoney are better as I would continue to get a yearly pay back and I can minimise the costs of transferring the ISA by finding a better performing fund with the same provider.
Anyone any thoughts comments on which of us is right?

If you are happy with IntelligentMoney then why change. I am with HL, and a do get a monthly payback (Loyalty Bonus), but it's not a lot.
