Santander - Information on policy of clearing charges?

I am sure I read on MSE that Santander had some sort of policy where you could have your charges cleared? I believe it's a one time refund and the policy was introduced in November

Hi, thats correct Santander will reverse/refund one months statement period of charges if you have not had any refunded/reversed since Nov 11.0
