Evening everyone, thank you for the birthday wishes
I've had a lovely day doing absolutely nothing
My friend T came round this afternoon, with three of her children, and she had bought me a birthday cake which she made everyone sing Happy Birthday for me LOL. It was really lovely especially as I only have D and his family, and T has always told me that she treats me like an older sister hence why I get invited to their family dos
Candyman is playing in radio 2. Are you dancing Natty?
I did hear it on Friday Mumto5 but unfortunately I wasn't dancing I was still in bed..but I was singing along to it
Afraid I didn't get the rest of the list finished, after a very horrible therapy session, and a chat with my co-ordinator it sort of hit me where I wasn't expecting and set me back a bit. Nothing I couldn't handle thoughAt least today and tomorrow D is home and T is around next week as the kids are off on half term so she isn't at Uni. By the time next weekend is here I should be back in the swing of things again.
Not doing much for the rest of the evening, hopefully I can find something to watch on t.v. - at the moment there is some sort of film on Sky about the marines and aliens, odd!!
Hope everyone is doing okay and not struggling too much.
Hugs for the poorlies and those that want them xxMortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

Evening all
Happy Birthday Natty
We had haircuts this morning so the vacuum got put around the kitchen after, and then through the rest of downstairs. Two loads of washing done, hung out after I managed to get the line moving (it was frozen at the bottom, first time for that) and finished off indoors, all put away now.
Otherwise just cooking and washing up and catching up with stuff we taped through the week. Nice day and the house felt quite warm with the sun coming in the kitchen. First time this week I've been warm!0 -

We do just as we pleaseNo lists are created so we can either finish off the week's lists of just be until the next week.

Think I might give up and sleep. I have 6 hot water bottles... I may take them all to bed with me as a precaution. And then drug myself as I'm so snotty I'll never sleep otherwise. Floors are going well... back again tomorrow at 9am, and I think I'll probably book them to do the rest next weekend as then it will be OVER
and I can get the decorating done and get the house back to normal (in theory it will also mean everything is deep cleaned) before starting on the garden.
i'm exhausted just thinking about it... Good night!0 -
Huggs and mental healthy vibes to you poorley girls. Lets hope we all feel better tomoorrow though this cold weather is chilling me to the bone:cool::j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0

Happy Birthday natty!
Polly you have just reminded me, and I am annoyed with myself. I only have one vacuum cleaner now (the Henry died after DH swept a chimney with no bag in it) and it lives in the holiday cottage. I forgot to get someone to bring it out today and do a quick whizz round here before the guests arrived next doorSo now I have nothing until next Saturday. We have a collie and despite brushing her she still moults everywhere.
