Even thieves give good service sometimes...

About a month ago I texted a friend I was supposed to be meeting up with that evening. Half an hour later I received a reply from her phone saying that if I knew how to contact the owner, her bag and house keys were at the local florist...

Got in touch with friend - turns out two guys nicked her bag from the store room she worked at, went through her bag (kept phone, wallet, diary and a few other bits) but (evidently) had the courtesy to leave her bag and keys at the florist next door, and to try and let her know! She was very grateful as her flat mates were away on holiday - if your stuff is going to be nicked, better by the caring thief who wants to make sure you can still get home right??!!!! :rotfl:

NB she found the guys on CCTV, and I believe police caught them :p
If you don't have anything nice (or constructive) to say... DON'T SAY IT!
