Looks like may be moving but will need work done, small extension, internal walls moved. Can anyone recommend an architect in Cardiff/Caerphilly area?

can only give you one to avoid - Holder Mathias - planning application went in more than 4 months late because plans were misdrawn on several versions (both the extension and the existing house), the architect put in features without telling the client because he thought it looked better (it didn't and they had to be taken out and the plans redrawn again), they forgot to mention on the planning application that the extension was 2-storey, they forgot to scale the drawings, and then tried to charge for all the mis-drawn plans and unauthorised changes. Not recommended.
Learning to live with an IVA - no overdraft - no credit cards - no safety net - very very scary _pale_ All advice gratefully received! :A
