Transferring balances from someone else's card?

Hi,
My fiance has just been accepted for a M&S credit card with a good lifetime balance transfer rate, however she didn't realise that the issuer was HSBC (her existing CC issuer). As a result, she can't transfer the balance on her existing card.
We both have similar outstanding credit card balances so I was wondering, is it possible for her to transfer my balance to her new card and then for me to transfer her existing balance to a new card in my name?
Or are there any other options?

Yes All You Have To Do Is Give The Card Number, All They Ask Is If Its A Visa Or Mastercard And Ask For The Card Number , Then Its All Done..0
