ATM with highest withdrawal limit

Hi everyone,
I've recieved prepaid moneyshare card from my family with 1200£ loaded on it. I'd like to withdraw cash, but they charge roughly 5£ per withdrawal. I know typical ATM got a limit of 300-400£ per transaction. So I'm looking for ATM in London with limits higher than that, so I can make less transactions.
Any ideas?

its nothing to do with the atm, it's the banks who set the limits on withdrawals. you could withdraw 1000 if the bank allowed it.
But iv seen the max at 750 before.
the card offers free POS and internet transactions, why not just pay using that method?0 -
The moneyshare card has a maximum ATM withdrawal limit of £250 itself, so it doesn't matter what ATM you use.
You would be better off using it in shops, as then no fee is charged.0 -
We are allowed to withdraw £1000 per day but it is the bank that sets the limit, not the ATM.0

N.B. Daily limits for some banks have to be reached by multiple withdrawals.
e.g. For Bank Of Scotland £700 max but £200 per transaction.

Update: The above refers to the Bank's own cards. I would look at the Ts&Cs for the pre-paid card as don't think that the ATM limit will be what matters.0 -
Couldn't you use the card in somewhere that cashback is offered? I haven't personally tried this however I'm wondering if it would avoid the withdrawal fees associated?0

Sorry, forgot to mention - its a foreign prepaid card & daily withdrawal limit is roughly 650£. So the question is - where I can find ATM in in London and withdraw 600£ in single transaction. I remember there where Barclays business ATMs in Acton Town where you could get up to 1000£ at once, but that was couple years ago so I'm not sure now.0

I imagine that an ATM is able to dispense as much cash as is available in it. I suppose if you need to you could try calling your local banks and asking how much there ATM dispense? Then asking if they could ensure they're filled the night before and withdraw first thing in the morning?0

You can withdraw upto GBP 500 in one go with a First Direct debit card.0

Sorry but that's not quite true.
The Banks set the daily withdrawal limit, however the ATM has a set withdrawal limit as well which is set by the ATM provider.
For example, Santander daily withdrawl limit is £500 per day but some ATM providers set their limits for £300 (or different amount) per transaction; meaning that you could use the ATM twice to withdraw the £500 daily limit set by the bank.Current Debt
Barclays Student Overdraft £3,000 [£3,000 limit - £7 monthly fee, 0% interest]
Nationwide Overdraft £145 [£150 limit 19.9% interest]
Barclaycard £2,990 [£4,000 limit - 0% interest until April 14]
Vanquis £1,331.96 [£3,000 limit - 39.9%APR)
Capital One £50 [STRIKE]£81.54 [/STRIKE][£200 limit - 27.9%APR)0 -
Why not just go up to the counter and draw the money out that way, then you have no limits :-)0
