Fashion Revenge - Shamballa Bracelets

This is my first post on this board but I thought I'd vent about Fashion Revenge. I bought a voucher from Groupon on the 10th December for a Shamballa Bracelet. I thought it would be here by Christmas but it didn't arrive. I e-mailed them on the 6th January and received a reply almost straight away to say that they would look into my order and find out what had happened to it. I have heard nothing since even after sending several e-mails.:mad::mad:
Not sure if anyone's interested but just though I'd share as I'm so peeved off with them now!

I have e-mailed Groupon several times who will not issue a refund. They have contacted the company on my behalf then said the item would be sent out within 7 days, still hasn't appeared three weeks later!A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist0

Have you let Groupon know that the refund's still not with you?"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
I'm having problems with Fashion Revenge as well. I did receive the bracelet a month after I ordered it, but the next day the gems started falling out. I returned the item recorded delivery only to have it returned to me as the address they gave was incorrect. I returned it again to the revised address they gave, but this time it was returned as "addressee gone away".
After reading up on the internet I found a different address for them 132 134 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 6DE and served a "letter of intent" on both addresses saying I intended to take them to the small claims court.
They then claim to have sent me a £5 postal order and a returned envelope so I could return the bracelet. That was a month ago and I haven't received them.
They have actually contacted me to say that they will instruct Groupon to issue a refund to me of the original £12 but they will not (and they stressed will not) issue me with a refund of any of my costs.
I have now told them that I will proceed with a small claims against them.
I found another site today that showed that Fashion Revenge was set up the day before the Groupon advert so I can't see that Groupon check the companies out very well!I say what I like, I like what I say!0 -
I am also not getting anywhere in recovering monies from them, Groupon are next to useless. I will try small claims court but I might have to write off £140 or consider suing Groupon as they recommended them.
Anyone got any better advice?North London is Lilywhite0 -
I think I might at least be tempted to remind them of this is a recorded letter to them.

And tell them they have X amount of days to respond until you start a a claim against them and contact the OFT and trading standards
(I say X as I can't remember what people recommend as a reasonable time for response - but i'd be inclinded to give them may a couple of weeks)0
