IVA Paid up...Now what?
After agreeing a full a final settlement my IVA has been cleared. I have received a letter from a company called Tyler Morgan Claims Ltd who are offering to correct my Credit file and also try and claim back compensation from any bank charges etc.
They are asking for 8 1st Class stamps for the Credit file and will charge 25% plus interest on a No Win, No Fee basis if I recover any costs.
Has anyone ever dealt with this company? Has anyone ever gone through a company and can anyone recommend a legitimate one?
Many thanks
Riley

They can't do anything different to you dredit file that you can do for free.
They, and you! can go back six years to reclaim some credit charges deemed to be unfair. Nothing special.0 -
In the current age of uncontested claims, if you had PPI or Charges you feel were unjustified, it's a simple matter of sending off a few letters (there are templates elsewhere on this site), it will only cost afew stamps and you will be paying no-one any fees.
As for fixing your credit file, the same thing applies. A copy of your file, from each of the CRA's will set you back £2 a pop. Then a few letters to correct any errors.0 -
There's a sticky on the bankruptcy forum about how to clean up your credit file, am sure the templates on there could be adapted for an IVA.0
