Student living costs - Bath

DD is moving out of halls into a shared house later on this year. Has anyone got any idea as to how much should be budgeted for living costs such as electric, water, gas central heating etc.
She mentioned c£8-£10 per week per student, but I have no idea as to whether or not this is reasonable as we live overseas so our costs are very different to UK. This would give c£200 per month towards the costs from all of them.

depending on the house, water rates are often included in rent. electricity and gas will depend on how many people are in the house and how warm they like it and things like double glazing and insulation. £200pcm sounds huge to me though. i'd expect to pay about £50 a month and that should cover everything with some to spare. if they choose to have the central heating on 24/7, then it will be nearer the £200 mark.:happyhear0 -
