    That is simply wrong. There is no requirement to attend A&E at any point to substantiate a whiplash claim. It is sensible to seek medical advice and have any problems logged as quickly as possible to avoid any complications arising but whiplash is much worse in the days after an accident than it is on the day or even 24 hours later. Without medical notes showing you complained of problems, you would not be able to prove your case but you can report through your GP or local walk in centre rather than clogging up A&E unnecessarily.

    Id say got to the garage she is gettign it fixed at meet her there and make the payments there and then. best of everything you know she hasnt pocketed it and she knows her car is getting fixed.
    If it doesnt pay rent sell it.

    How does this kind of thread get bumped, I can never understand it? It's not as though it's something really specific that someone might be searching. Always find it odd, and it happens all the time.
