Hi there
When i put any meat in the slow cooker i never add any liquid to start with..if it has a well fitting lid it should create plenty of liquid of its own..and i am prone to sticking the slow cooker on for hours and leaving it on for hours unchecked-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
It should be fine as there will be some fat in the meat which will keep it moist.
Enjoy your dinner!0 -
I panicked when i read the first one and arranged to work the rest of the day from home, just got back and the lamb is just fine, in fact it looks and smells amazing and has generated a fair bit of it's own liquid....I should learn not to overreact!!
Thankyou all....though I'm not sure I can wait till dinner to eat it now seeing as i'm sat at home with the gorgeous smell of lamb....0 -
I do feel that you should eat a little bit of it, purely for scientific testing :-)Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0
