How do i stand as my HTC mobile is faulty. Im in a 24 month contract and so i still have 13 months left but half the time i cant make a call etc. What are my rights? So annoying as surely its not fit for purpose giving you a phone that isnt going t last the duration of your contract!

I'd be surprised if they didn't offer at least a 12 month warranty... have you contacted them? If not do it asap. In fact I'm sure HTC themselves offer a 12 month warranty (at least) and they'll pick it up from you for free too... at least that's what I've read at least twice.
Hmm. I've said at least a lot.

I noticed there's a mobile phones section about 12 places above. May be better to ask there0 -
