New interior door handles

I am wanting to replace my existing knob handles with lever handles. When we have taken one of the existing handles off there is a large hole behind the existing rose. I have looked everywhere but cannot find any lever handles with a 70mm rose (this size is needed to cover the hole). Does anybody know where I can either purchase these at a reasonable price or can suggest a solution???

we had the same problem. we never found any though, and even had a nightmare finding the rose handles big enough to cover. in the end we got a more modern chrome rose style from b and q, but I would still prefer lever style.0

Fill in the hole and fit whatever suits or perhaps you could fit a big washer to cover?
