About 3inches here in deepest Essex.
Just sniggered at JRT trying to have a poo without the cold white stuff touching his bum - he's very cross now and runs away if I pick up his lead. Rottie has decided to use his nose as a snow plough...0 -
Loads here. 2 of mine not bothered, although the boy is not impressed at it touching his winky when he pees (he squats to pee as he is an old man)
Storm however is convinced that there is something amazing under all that snow, something that wasn't there last night. She has dug the snow up off the entire patio (large) where the snow is pretty deep (Midlands) and she still hasn't found whatever she is looking for, but she keeps on looking :-) She also tries to catch snowballs and then can't fathom out where they've gone once they hit the ground! It's pitiful really2 angels in heaven :A0 -
Cheers everyone....

We've got none up here
, I don't particularly like it but I want to see what Ellie's reaction will be. Last year we had loads and my brats and my son in law got piddled and took the sledges over to the park across the road at about 9pm, it was hilarious :rotfl:. Someone also last year decided to build something out of the snow, don't look at the photo below if your easily offended.

I thought I'd lost my cat last night, she's a house cat (Maine Coon) and when I called her to feed her late last night there was no familiar meouw and cat doing an impression of a half starved poor animal (yeah right..) I thought she might have slipped out when the dogs were playing in the snow, so called her, shook food, and generally worried looking at the blizzard outside.
After lots of calling, shaking food, wandering around I admitted defeat, went inside and went to bed (at around 1am). Couldn't sleep wondering where she was, worrying that she was safe, waiting for her to meouw from outside... In the end I got up about 2 hours later. I thought I'd have another try in the back garden - opened kitchen door, Oakley snoring, Sid stood in middle of dining room looking guilty, obviously mid game with Annie (cat) who was rolling around on the mat... grrr... she'd been hiding when I put the dogs to bed!
(Glad she wasn't lost though!)0 -
