I booked a ferry to the Isle of Wight which would have cost me £118 anyway! I'm well chuffed to have disoverd the joy of deals!0

I have always used mine for holidays, back in the days when I used to get £20 a quarter I would save up enough to take the family to disneyland in paris, now that I am getting about £200 a quarter (since november last year)I am saving up for a lush holiday somewhere for the family, probably with virgin as they seem to offer me the best choice but as I can't be bothered to work my way around their horible website I can't tell who I will be going with, but it will be somewhere tropical and hot0

I've just spent mine on entry to Flambards in cornwall for the day, giving them to my daughter and family as they are going there for a long weekend next week.0

Going to save up for a barge holday later this year with mine! May go with friends so we can share the cost using ponts. Looks like a good deal! How relaxing too!0

We're going to Blackpool this month, so I've ordered mine for the wristbands and I also ordered £80's worth of daysout vouchers. I'll be spending them at the Sealife centre and the Tower.
Does anyone know if you can use the daysout voucher with a money off voucher (eg kids go free)?
I thought I'd be getting a bargain, not so sure now0 -
Has anyone had any good deals using airmiles (not ba). It seems you get very little for them?
I have used my airmiles to go to Australia this November. It was 10,000 airmiles return and they had a promotion on of BOGOF, so the two of us are going for 10k airmiles and £323 (£161.50 each) for the taxes.0 -
The virgin deal ;
I have priced up a holiday with them online and for 4 of us its £3350 when I rang I negotiated another £200 off so £3150. When I mentioned the £800 tesco vouchers they said I would have to pay £3550 which is the price before discounts.
Although £3550 less £800 is better than £3150 it seems a bit of a scam and not great use of the vouchers. I also have a £150 off Virgin Holidays through Samsung but again this can only be used against the full price which makes it dearer than online price!
Second Thing; How the hell do some of the forumists get so many bloody tesco vouchers!!!!!0 -
Its not a scam it clearly ststes on the t+c's that you have to pay the full brocure price for holidays0
