I would speak to the CAB about what you can do on the intrum basis, how much do you owe them and for how long?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Hi michelle67,
I'm sorry about the difficult position you have found yourself in at the moment.
It sounds like we have told you to continue with the fortnightly arrangement because if you stop this the agreement will fail and debt collection will start and you will be asked to pay in full.
Is there a debt on the account at the mo? or are you up to date with accurate reads etc?
If you're up to date then you will just need to pay for your usage.
If there is a debt on the account, then you need to pay for your usage and something towards the debt.
We might be able to spread the debt over a slightly longer period of time to make the payments a bit lower.
Would it be any better if you paid weekly? monthly?
There is obviously some vulnerability at your home with you looking after your daughter, so explain this and see how we can help you whilst you are struggling a bit.
I must say though, that you will need to pay for what you are using otherwise you will build up a debt and this will make the payments higher in the long run.
If you do need any help from me, please just ask.
