Shopper Discounts and Rewards - is it a scam?

I just realised that the Shopper Discounts and REwards site I signed up for a couple of years ago have been charging me a £10 monthly fee. I signed up on the understanding that it was an annual fee. Has anyone else had a similar encounter - and is it possible to have any money paid out refunded. I did make a couple of purchases when I first tried it - but havent used it since as frankly its not that great!

If anyone has any advice please let me know.

Thanks guys - Happy to report that I emailed the company - who refunded 3 months worth instantly, and sent me a link to a claim form that I had to download fill in and post back to re-claim the remaining 20 months worth. I was able to get my credit card company to trace back how many months the money had been debited for. Within 24 hours of posting the from to shopper discounts and rewards they had emailed to say it was process and the refunds would appear on my card within 10 days.

Hope others experience the same level of success as I have.

I have also just realised that they have taken £10 for 14 months. I have cancelled my so called account and demanded a full refund. They have started the process of refunding 3 months into my account within 10 days and have emailed a form to claim the rest. Looking at the form though it says it with offer the last 6 months. Can I demand the full £140 back?? Neverusingtrainlineagain.com!!!

just wanted to say that these people have been taking money from my account for 28 months, i really need to check my statements, ive had 3 months refunded and after filling in the claim form ive just had an email saying they will refund it all within 10 days, hope it all comes through as they've promised!! Just thought id let people know in case they didnt pursue claiming it all back!

I also got caught for 27mo's x £10, but thanks to the advice below I put in a claim for a full refund and it came through in my bank statement today.

I had been paying this company for over 3 years without noticing the transactions. I have not used any of their services during this period.
So far they have repaid me £60 but I have had nothing but empty promises in my quest to procure the £300 plus which they still owe me.
On two occasions,they have sent me e-mails promising the balance due to me within 5-7 working days.
After repaying the £60 they claimed that they needed my credit card company IBAN no which I duly provided.

I contacted them by phone last week and they stated that they had technical issues holding up the repayment ,(They had also used this excuse previously)
I am still awaiting their last promise from last week.
