If red at top and green at bottom, what colour are the other 2 lights?

It probably a direction light e.g. left turn only when on red etc. But what has probably happened if the light got broken once and some half a sleep council worker has replaced it with just a normal green lamp.

I say this because there is a set of lights near me on a main road with a left turning into a supermarket car park. The green light was replaced once when it got smashed but it has been replaced with a green arrow light pointing ahead. Insinuating that you can't turn left.

It's London so probably got cameras too, so you slam on the anchors to avoid a ticket, then the BMW that was tailgating you has to make a sudden lane change to avoid hitting you, and narrowly misses a cyclist.
