Hi im new to this and could do with some help. We have had many loans with the clydesdale bank in joint names, do we need to send one SAR with ten pounds or twenty pounds to cover both of us.

One Sar and one £10,they will find all info they have on you.0

As amersall says it can be one SAR if all loans were joint but both need to sign for the SAR. If any loans were only in one name then they would not dislcose any details of these to any other party. (hence joint)0
