Hi again i have bee given the bt quartet 1100 and the signal is appsolitley appoling is there any chance on how to make it better?

I had one, and it was awfull,
one thing to check is other wireless items in the house
IIRC the quartet and other wireless phones use the 2.4Ghz frequency to transmit, the same as audio/video senders, wireless internet, baby monitors even microwave ovens, if you have these try turning them off, i did and it helped a little... was still poor though even next to the base station!!
