Beware when switching to Npower

I tried to switch supplier through one of the cash back websites but when I got the contact from Npower the tariffs were higher than those quoted on their website. I cancelled the contact and set up direct on the Npower website and the contract I received was again at higher tariff prices. I am waiting for an amended contact but not happy with Npower customer service.
Beware to check the tariff prices on the contact is in line with the tariffs quoted on the website
