Hi, still not sure if i can claim back credit card PPI charges. I have had lots of cold calls and letters from companies saying that i have recently been discharged from bankruptcy. However i know i havent been discharged yet. I am still bankrupt, BUT can i reclaim PPI charges on credit cards dating back to 2005?? Any help would be much appreciated!

It you complain either now or when discharged then any purchase that was made before you were bankrupt will not pay you the redress payment. It will go to the creditors you left owing money to.
Whatever you do, do not use a claims company. If the complaint was successful, you would be billed by the claims company against the amount of redress paid out despite you not getting a penny of it. Decent and honest claims companies would tell you this and back down (and there is evidence that some do)I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
