OP I hope your DD get's this matter resolved and her desposit handed back.
I have only ever had a LL once a few years ago.
The LA walked me around the apartment and was making notes ect. I also pointed out things that she missed as I didn't want to lose my deposit and I can't say I had a problem to be honest except when I moved out, my LL rang me to ask what cleaning products I used and how does he use the washing mashine, tee heeIt's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -
Dispute the deductions with the scheme - it costs nothing to try and will force the agents to come up with some sort of proof in order to get the money (inventory, pictures, receipts etc). If they can prove it to the arbitrator, then they deserve to make the deductions.Emergency savings: 4600
