Mugging People Or What

I have also posted this on another debt forum.
Is it me or is the auction just a ploy to rip off people already in debt???
The bit that got me is the line: "These people will never pay off the debt"
Maybe I just read it wrong, have a look and see what you think.
Is this how all debt companies work? ie: For the first 3 months you pay nothing and keep the £500 per month payment? Is this not theft?

No this isn't theft - this is exactly how all those debt management companies work. They get people to pay them so much a month and negotiate an IVA with all your creditors, and keep a fat chunk of fees for themselves.
The FSA is about to crack down on this practice. You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -
All they do is what you can do, or the CAB and Trading Standards, amongst tons of other organisations, for free. The fact that they are advertising on eBay does not give me confidence that they are the best of outfits...Don't bother trying to sue me - I've got no money!0
