We've been buying wine kits from this company for a couple of years,They always been a bit unreliable but delivered in the end.
I placed an order 10th Jan and payment taken.They have given 3 delivery dates (you track on their website)each time it gets close to the date they put it off.They have no phone number and no direct email.They offer glowing refences via Trustpilot but after googling them I heard some very bad reviews.
Anyone have any experience of them ?

yes I have. You will find a vent thread about them. Just contact your bank re non delivery and they can initiate a chargeback, I did that and I got the money back. They are a terrible company0
