Returning to same company after VR

Hi

I took vr from a company over 2 years ago, now I have an interview for the same company (different position) am I able to rejoin the company? I have made them aware that I previously worked there but nothing has been flagged up? can anybody help me clear it up?

Thanks

There is no statutory legal reason not to return that I know of..

The terms of the VR or the company policy could have an impact allthough 2 years is much longer than most restriction put on by companies.

I took voluntary redundancy and I could re-apply to the establishment after a two year period. Have a look at your compromise agreement to clarify.
