The SA gave me a magazine with a 10% off voucher at the back when I was looking around. I got another one with my purchase and you can use the voucher with the £5 voucher so two oils for 40p

Just tried to use voucher and they wouldn't accept it, stated I had to spend £5 or more to use it.

There is no minimum spend, it states this on the voucher.

Was told I couldn't use it on sale items.. even though it states on the voucher it could be used in conjunction with other offers (said they had had an email). Wasn't happy as alot of things are reduced.

Brought batteries in the end, SA wasn't impressed that I was 'paying' for anything :P

i was allowed to use on a sale item today, i brought boxers for OH which were in sale from £10.00 to£5.00. nice freebie. Thanks op

The SA who served me was nice but another came over to the till as I had been served and was questioning about my purchase, she didn't look happy at all - probably because I wasn't paying for anything but there is no minimum spend and if it wasn't for the voucher I wouldn't be buying anything anyways.

I wonder what they would say if we went in again and used another voucher from a different email address.

I have just noticed the voucher states 'available in conjunction with other promotions except other promotional vouchers/codes' but the SA who served me and friend let us both use the 10% off voucher with the £5 voucher today.

I didn't use a 10% off voucher with my purchase a few days ago but used my friends voucher to get her purchase today and SA let me use the 10% off voucher with it.
