Guys I've got a tip for you all. Just enter a made up card number in I did and I've just got an email saying
Your unique code will be sent to you within 24 hours in a separate email

So it may or may not work

It doesn't ask you to enter any card details. All you need is a valid email address and the activation code which is posted over on the Discount board, link in OP.

I have completed form and submitted then get a white screen. Not sure if it has sent, can someone tell me what you saw after pressing submit.

A black screen and a message stating the code will be emailed within 24 hours.

I got the white screen, but within 1 hour of completing form I did get a confirmation email that I would be emailed my voucher within 24 hours. Sure enough I got my emailed voucher with unique code allocated this afternoon. have printed off ready to use next weekend
