Everyone seems to have gripes about the company but I've found the whole experience very positive. Discs sent have always been my "most wanted" (unlike the service I recieved from Blockbuster), they have been efficient, only one mistake which was rectified quickly, and I called to cancel and they offered me three months free since I have been with them since September (where they gave me three months free anyway).
