My flat has been on the market for well over 12 weeks! Have now changed estate agents and have had an offer after the first viewing am in shock!!!
They have offered me the asking price if i throw in the washing machine and fridge freezer!!! They also want to buy a lot of my furniture off me is this a good deal? Should i accept this offer.
The other problem is that i havent found anywhere to move to yet is this usually to accept an offer before finding somewhere myself have got a few viewings today so fingers crossed!
The other thing is is it possible to have solictors fees payed out of the capital of my property or do you have to pay these seperately?
Any help would be great this is my first time

I would gladly throw in the washing machine and fridge/freezer. You can replace them for less than £1000. Plus the house you buy may ahve a built in fridge/freezer so its a win-win situation.

You buy more expensive white goods than I would. I would think that I could replace the fridge and washing machine for less than £600. I don't know what quality/condition white goods the OP had though.0 -
You can pay for the solicitors fee's out of the sale of your house but searches and documents etc are payable before hand so its best to get around £500 saved up. This could of course be more I dont know. In my case £200. Id take the offer whilst you can, proceed till your near exchange and then it is up to you and the buyer to find a completion date which suits both of you. I doubt they'd pull out after paying for a surveyor and getting so far down the line. You better start looking though!!! Do you have the cash for a surveyor when you find a property???Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*
£11,860.00 needed = £1,106 in savings

new builds or good quality house = £175. Homebuyers =£500 for a house your not 100% about! Full Structural =£900 for a house your not sure on the foundations etc.
Hope this is usefull. Were going through it all now so my figures should be fairly accurate. Have you had an agreement off a mortgage advisor? Make sure its fee free otherwise negotiate it as one.Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*
