Slow running PC - HJT Log

Hi

Last few days my PC has been running really slow - taking much longer to boot up.

Done scans with Superantispyware and malwarebytes - found one item of mywebsearch and apparently removed it - but still slow.

Would anyone be able to have a look through this to see if there are any nasties?

When i opt to run on HJT im also getting this message - For some reason System denied rights access to this file = however when i click through this - this is the log produced

    You have used an old version of HJT , it may be better to download it again from here http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/ and select 2.0.4 and when downloaded right click on the icon and select run as administrator.

    As per usual in these cases, run CCleaner (which stands for "Crap Cleaner") that scans your PC for unnecessary temporary and log files, cookies, memory dumps, and more and wipes them out at the press of the "Run Cleaner" button. You might be surprised at how much disk space it can recover.

    there is a fair bit of bloat installed and running at startup (superantispyware, multiple backup utilities, norton reminder, google update, media player networking, apple bloat, games console, adobe photoshop bloat, packard bell updater etc), but nothing that stands out as an obvious candidate - how long is the bootup, is the disk ok - run chkdsk on it.

    tried a system restore back to when it was speedy

    scan with tdsskiller to look for rootkits.

    IE is out of date, and will run faster than firefox

    if that doesn't fix it, and it's new, the easiest solution is backup everything and factory restore it.

    Done a scan with tdsskiller - didnt find anything, updated IE, Might use a different browser anyhow as not overly impressed with them these days.

    Will see what i can disable at start up - presume i dont actually need any of these you mention.

    Takes a few minutes to boot and then hangs sometimes for a few minutes - stopping and starting - a week or so ago it was literally seconds.

    Anything else other than the restore option?
