Probably been done before..but consider this an update:)
Basically I consider myself to be a low user-i.e just a bit of armchair surfing(to stop the wife moaning about spending too much time upstairs on the PC) but enjoy the usual Facebook,Email/Ebay and YouTube (so flash will need to be an option) and would like to invest no more than £100 in a tablet PC.
I would also like to delve into the android market from time to time and instal without any real issues...and have a capacitive screen as I've heard these are better than the resistive type.
I think all are wifi these days anyhow?
Oh and pardon my lack of knowledge in this area its partly to do with me being an old fart:beer:
Does such a tablet exist or shall I just invest a tenner on a dvd of One Flew Over the Cuckoos nest and meet some of my friends..
If so any suggests welcome for the Ferry compatible £100ish tablet

The tablet you link to is only a 7" screen, this may be a bit too small, however, the spec looks reasonable for the price. Cheaper devices tend to have lower quality screens and it is the response you get from the touchscreen that makes or breaks the device.
At that price though, if you have the spare cash, might be worth a punt.
You can get cheap tablets on ebay, but I'd probably not want to go that route myself.0 -
Try out a 7" screen tablet somewhere and see how you get on. My guess is that you'll hate trying to work with such a tiny screen.
There are any number of no-name Chinese made tablets on the market at that sort of price, and they are that cheap for a reason. Build quality may only be Ok, and if you need after-sales support you probably won't get any.
So compared to a known brand at a higher price it's a risk - perhaps you'll be lucky, perhaps you won't.0 -
