Virgin Money Balance transfer Card

Does anyone know (as their phone lines have just closed) if the money transfer promotional rate is the same as the balance transfer rate(i know the fee is slightly higher)

    It may vary by customer. But mine are always both 0% APR whenever they offer it.

    With a new card then generally have the same deal. But for existing customers sometimes they offer 0% BTs, but not 0% for money transfers.
