Evening,
We had an egg loan which we restructured in 2003. In 2006 we got into financial difficulty, managed to pay everything off but couldn't clear the egg loan. Its been frozen and we pay an agreed amount each month with a solicitors firm 'managing' the account. They have also put a charging order on our property.
Would it be worth me trying to claim back the ppi? A couple of friends have tried this on loans older than 6 years and had good results.
What do you think the possibilities of me getting somewhere even though there is outstanding debt ?
Thanks in advance

If you have reasons for mis sell

Then put a claim in,if you win the redress will be taken off the loan balance you owe,but this will clear the debt faster, with the removal of the ppi amount and the ppi you actually paid.0
