What lead connect laptop to TV?

I have a HP Compaq 6910p and a HP G56 laptops that we want to connect to a Celcus (don't laugh!) 40913FHD.
The laptops don't appear to have a HD port, but only VGA. Tried a VGA cable and it works, but knicked it from PC monitor so need to know exact one to get another - think it might be a male to male VGA cable - not sure if need 15 pin to 15 pin or 15 pin to 9 pin?
Also how do I get audio through TV speakers - read need cable from headphone jack laptop (would this normally be 3.5 jack?), but not sure what connector needed for TV. Tv has component video and audio inputs (YPbPr?). A link to an example lead needed would be good or the description needed to search.
Thanks alot!

15pin, on both ends, check the connector on my lcd tv and laptop, which both should be female.
on my what have i been drinking on YOUR0 -
i did a bit more research, and read on this site http://celcustv.co.uk/products/celcus-40-fhd-lcd believe thats your Tv,
maybe i'm missing 2 rca connections which should be Red and White,
maybe I should ask the question on your TV on the rear does it have 5 RCA phono connections marked Y Pb Pr and then L R with audio under neath ?
if so the audio cable your looking for would be a 3.5mm Jack to a 2 RCA phono connections. like this http://www.tvcables.co.uk/cgi-bin/tvcables/3.5mm-jack-phono-cable-1m.html
the headphone socket would be a output only not a input, the link is to give you an idea of the lead your looking for only. probably be cheaper to get 1 via ebay.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-5mm-Jack-2-x-RCA-Phono-Audio-Cable-Lead-Gold-3m-UK-/280703728335?pt=UK_Computing_CablesConnectors_RL&hash=item415b3efacf probably 2 long but i dont know how far away you want to be.
Please double check before buying any leads about the audio.0 -

Excellent, just the lead I needed! Got the VGA from ebay for £2 and the 3.5mm to RCA for £1.
Found some leads already had (but only short cables) and managed to get it all connected up working great! Been watching Sky Go and now just need to find a few film sites to watch
THANKS :beer:0 -
sorry i was wrong about the sound lead originally, but i did get it right in the end.0
